My husband wants to do a swimming party so I will keep it in mind!</p> <p>My tip is to do everything really early, if the part is on Saturday I decorate by Wednesday, set the tables Thursday, lay out all the serving dishes with post its Friday etc. The morning of I heat the food that I cooked and froze and send my husband out to pick up anything that was ordered fresh. The only thing we need to do then is helium balloons and setting out food and drinks. It takes out so much of the stress.
