I wanted an earlier party, but I could only get a 1pm slot. We had a birthday party yesterday and the number of kids (siblings) who showed up without responding was greater then the number of no shows. The party is from 1-3. Two questions:</p> <p>- I have goody bags for all of the kids who RSVPed and their siblings who RSVPed. There's 2 kids (with 2 siblings) who did not RSVP despite reminder emails and a text. Can I assume they're not coming and not make them goody bags? I have 24 bags and everything in them only comes in packs of 24. It would be pretty expensive to get stuff as a just in case.</p> <p>- I was planning on doing snacks for the party: veggies and hummus, cheese and crackers, fruit, and chips and guac. I don't need to provide a meal at that time, right? There will be plenty of food, just nothing hot. </p>
