I'm crazy and doing a noon start time. 12-3. but its closest friends, so they can stay as late as they want. My girl still does a morning nap, so i plan to nap her good in the morning, and she can skip afternoon. </p> <p>As for other kids... its so hard to coordinate with everyone's naps.
