But I agree with maybe a community center, VFW hall, etc. That will be your cheapest and most reliable option. I know we have some really ugly ones, but there are also some cuter ones.</p> <p>DH is getting deployed ASAP after C's birthday, so we're planning one party in England before he leaves and one in St. Louis for our family. I don't want to have 3 parties for a 1 year old (my family, his family, friends). Our issues are space issues. Just immediate family is like 15 adults and 4 kids! And then if we want to invite any of our friends . . . so space is our issue. I want to get the ball rolling on booking a photographer (since they book quickly) but feel that I need a definite venue first.
