So, we went for a walk this evening, and I did OK. I'm now sitting with the heating pad on my back/hip and am about to crash for the night. I'm hopeful that I can go to therapy later this week and get this muscle stretched out/realigned. I'm also still allowed to go to my yoga class on Saturday, which I know will be good-painful, but good.</p> <p>Someday, I will probably laugh at this, because it's just one thing after another. This morning, all I could think was, "really? Really?!" But it is a little ridiculous how much is piling up, so I can't help but chuckle.
