Did it affect your supply? I feel a bit sorry for myself today, it's hard trying to rehydrate yourself when the water is needed to make milk and doesn't seem to be flushing through my system.</p> <p>Plus it's totally my own fault, I am so bad at drinking enough water and have brought this entirely on myself. Grrrr. </p>
