Oh no.... I don't know what could be happening, but I hope it stops soon for you! Bleeding is so annoying, especially when you have a new baby to worry about!

@enjollah: yeah my midwife didn't say not to workout, but like you I still feel stretching and periodic pains. But I am really listening to my body about what I can do.
I actually don't really have a doctor cause the birth center did my prenatal and 6 weeks post-partum care. But I could call them anyway even though I'm not technically a patient there anymore, they said I could :)

It might be because of the workout. At my 6 week visit, my doctor told me to wait 2 more weeks because I told her I did feel stretching down there when i sat Indian style. She told me that when I start working out again, I could see a bit of spotting. I think if it continues for awhile, then call your doctor. I'm also eager to start some cardio again (and now I can log it!)

@Sweet T: I sure hope not! It's not a very heavy flow at all, it was spotting, and I am exclusively breast feeding around the clock.

Are you sure you aren't starting your period? I had a csection and bled for over 5 weeks and then had some discharge during the 6th week. AF made her grand appearance at week 7.

I stopped bleeding at 3 weeks post-partum, it was basically completely gone. I just had a little yellowish discharge for another week or two.

But today I started spotting again and it has me worried. I DID start working out this week and did a really hard pilates class this morning which ended up straining my back, and I wonder if that could be why?

Has anyone had their "lochia" come back AFTER it'd already stopped?
