But I am really listening to my body about what I can do.<br /> I actually don't really have a doctor cause the birth center did my prenatal and 6 weeks post-partum care. At my 6 week visit, my doctor told me to wait 2 more weeks because I told her I did feel stretching down there when i sat Indian style. She told me that when I start working out again, I could see a bit of spotting. I think if it continues for awhile, then call your doctor. I just had a little yellowish discharge for another week or two.</p> <p>But today I started spotting again and it has me worried. I DID start working out this week and did a really hard pilates class this morning which ended up straining my back, and I wonder if that could be why? </p> <p>Has anyone had their "lochia" come back AFTER it'd already stopped? </p>
