<description>&#60;p&#62;I’d call your OB. I had some retained placenta that caused me to bleed again at I think 7 weeks. It could be your period which sucks, but if it’s your placenta you want that checked out. They ended up not doing anything about mine because it wasn’t a ton and it ended up passing. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Alternatively, exercise absolutely can cause you to start bleeding again, and it did with me (so I hadn’t both: placenta and exercise bleeding). It’s usually nothing to be worried about but you should take it back a notch if you’re doing a lot. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Annnd I got my period around 4 months postpartum with DD2 (11 months withDD1). So if it’s that, it just sucks.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I finally stopped bleeding about 2 weeks ago, maybe a little less. Then, yesterday, after a long walk on Friday, I started spotting. It’s now turning to red blood. I thought it might be due to the extra exercise... or, could this be my period ALREADY?! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;With my first, my period didn’t return until 18 months. I’m exclusively breastfeeding again, so why would it come back so early this time?  :bummed:
