@MrsMccarthy: I wouldn't throw out the B complex just yet...maybe give it another cycle? It helped lengthen my LP from 11-12 to 14 days. Although I only took B6, 100mg.

I don't have personal experience with this, but a good friend had off cycles when she started the B complex!

@MrsMccarthy: Sorry if this is TMI.. did it stop? Or did it move into AF type flow? If so, my guess it's AF... If not, then could be many things... implantation bleeding, weird in-between period spotting, etc...

I think it's likely an off cycle, and I also wonder about nursing and short LPs/funky cycles in general. My LP has NEVER been shorter than 14 days (usually 14-15) and last month (BFing, my first cycle off BCP postpartum) my LP was only 10 days. Rather than worry about it, I am just shrugging it off as BFing/weird PP cycles and moving on. But I will/would if I were you start to worry if this happens 2-3 months in a row.

Also - some questions:
How long have you had AF back? Has it been regular or weird?
How do you know you O'ed? OPKs? Any chance you O'ed earlier than you think?

B complex completely threw off my cycle. I only took it for two months because it made everything so wacky!

@littlek: thank you honey. Yeah, i am kind of thinking either that or that it could be from nursing. Either way onwards and upwards :)

@MrsMccarthy: it may just be off cycle. My dr said it's not uncommon to have an off cycle.

Hello Bees. I started spotting yesterday and now it's become a cloth but light period type blood. I am 7DPO in my cycle. My husband and I only tried once 4 days before ovulation this month so I am doubtful we are pregnant. I am however nursing my 15 month old quite often still and I just added a B Complex. I'm wondering if any of that could cause an anovulatory cycle or early bleeding? Anyone have experience with this? It's not typical of me. I was having longer cycles with about a 10 day LP before I started the B complex. Lemme know what caused this for you or if you can figure out how I might fix it. Also should I couldn't his as my period now? I'm pretty confused about my cycle.
