Buy the pants. I bought mine at 9 weeks and suddenly felt much better about myself. I should have bought them sooner/ The rubber band trick made me feel fat.

I never really had bloat per se, but needed maternity pants at about 10 weeks anyways ... I figure that you will buy them eventually anyways, so might as well get them early and get a lot more use out of them.

I was pretty bloated from 6-10 weeks pregnant. At about 12 weeks or so, it went down a bit. I still haven't bought maternity pants yet at 15 weeks. I'm holding out as long as possible before I do that. I'm overweight, so I still don't look pregnant.

You should buy pants now. That way you get lots of wear out of them. The bloating/belly is only gonna get worse/bigger!

I would buy the pants. Might as well get more use out of them and be comfy!

I remember that feeling, and it's not fun. But the bloat does go down eventually. I broke down and bought some maternity pants around 8 weeks because I couldn't stand trying to squeeze into my pre-pregnancy pants. OMG! So comfortable!! I'm still having a hard time going back to regular pants after the baby because the maternity pants make everything feel and fit better.

I am just about 6 weeks pregnant, so no where near needing to buy maternity clothes yet. But I have been so bloated that throughout the day I find that I can't button my pants and have to resort to the hair tie/rubber band trick.

Will the bloat eventually go away? Or am I going to need to cave and buy some cozy looking maternity pants.
