@Mrsbells: well I would want to blog on my current one. As far as I know, only IRL people who know I had a miscarriage know about my blog, so I'm ok with "strangers" knowing

I didn't until we had TTC for almost 2 years. When I did I was astonished at the support I got, but don't think it's the right thing for everyone to do. I didn't want to talk about it in the beginning, but I came to the point where I wanted to open up, so I did.

I blogged almost entirely about TTC. I blog anonymously (for the most part), and it was a great outlet. I've "met" so many people who have awesome stories, and its a fantastic community to be a part of.
If I weren't blogging anonymously, I may still have mentioned our struggles with infertility, but would have been much less candid and open.

I started blogging while TTC (after suspecting IF) and it was an invaluable resource and community. I blogged anonymously. My FB mom's group is all former IF bloggers who got pregnant around the same time.

If you have any questions, let me know!

I didn't, because it wasn't anonymous and we didn't tell anyone we were TTC, it seems too personal!! I did talk about my mc after I got pregnant and announced.

I don't blog.... but if I did I know I wouldn't be comfortable talking about TTC while I was still in the process. I didn't want anybody to know when I was TTC because I felt like it would give me too much pressure, people would always wonder and maybe ask if I was pregnant, etc. If it was just for me and only me, it might be nice to write it out. But not for other people.

That being said I think if you do decide to blog about TTC and your struggles it could be very helpful to others going through the same type of thing.

In the past few years I've been an avid blogger, mostly on the topic of running, and made several real life friends through it. With my TTC attempts, and miscarriage, my running has suffered, and I just didn't want to blog really.

Now that we are moving to a smaller community I really want to get back into blog for that connection, but since running is as emotional as physical for me I feel like I have to talk about where my head is from miscarriage and am trying to decide whether to take the plunge.

Interested in hearing y'all's personal experiences with blogging about TTC and your setbacks?
