Since d/cing the probiotics, his poops are getting better! I haven't noticed blood and the mucous is improving. The pedi thinks the fruits and veggies in it irritated his colon which was why my gut told me to avoid that one in particular but I didn't listen. But it looks like he's on the mend! I know strawberries is one that can be iffy... There are so many fruits and veggies listed, he could easily not do well with one or multiple. Maybe try a different probiotic? I doubt the actual lactobacillus is what he is reacting to. We switched at 4 weeks and until 3.5 months everything was really good. Then out of nowhere it escalated and he was diagnosed MSPI. Our GI said it's sometimes a delayed reaction. I don't know. This happened to us at 3 months and the doc wanted to see M that day. She was eventually diagnosed with MSPI (which explained the 3 months of crying as well).
