@Mrsbells: LO's 8 months old so moves all over the place in her sleep. We're guessing she may have hit herself? ..

My cousin's baby was born with a red spot in her eye and her doctor said it was normal too. But her baby never got this again.
Does your LO sleep swaddled? Some babies hit themselves if their arms are free to move around.

When my LO was born, she had a blood spot on her eye--my pediatrician said it often occurs during delivery and it's nothing to worry about. It went away a few weeks later.

My LO woke up this morning with a little blood spot on her eye! I have no idea why or how this happened. :( I read that it can happen for a number of reasons, but not sure what caused it.

Has your LO had blood spots on the whites of his/her eyes?
