Pre-pregnancy was a size 2 and they had her order a 6. It was still tight in her boobs (she is blessed in this area). The dresses weren't tight fitting at all, but the liner was, so she ended up having to cut a hole in the liner for her belly. The pictures are pretty funny. But you will be surprised how much you can grow in one month. Best bet would be to order a little bigger and have alterations done. For me, the biggest difference other than baby bump is rib cage--my bra band size is like 2-3 inches bigger but cup size is the same. I'm normally a 2 on top in dresses and at this point I would probably go for a 4-6. Do you know what the fit/style.material of the dress is?
