It does get crazy there! I used to go to waikiki every year for Halloween. Super fun and interesting. Kahala mall is a very popular place for kids too.That starts earlier too. People come from all over the island to that mall. It's very close to waiks. Have fun. Looked up getting a sun shield or bug shield for our BOB. </p> <p>Our issue is that it is still usually pretty warm here in SoCal (and we're taking it to Hawaii), so I don't want a shield that gets too hot.and stuffy. And DD wants to be able to SEE. She hates being covered by the blanket. I'd love the UV shield, but not sure how breathable it is. Reviews seem mixed. </p> <p>Anyone have a shield and/or can recommend one? Did you use a BOB specific one, or is a cheaper alternative a good fit? </p> <p>Thanks! </p>
