<description>&#60;p&#62;@swurlygurl:  anything really. It's usually my veggie component for a meal. But we tend to cook &#34;fusion&#34;. :) So I might do pork chops and bokchoy and quinoa/rice/couscous.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;So basically it's my veggie for a complete meal! :) It goes really nice w salmon!
