My own experience was side boob pain before I got my BFP. That is a usual premenstrual symptom for me so I tried not to get excited but they were much more tender than usual and it didn't go away. My side boobs stayed sore for months into pregnancy but then it turned to just nipple pain in the 20s. Now I have no side boob pain but still lots of nipple pain at 35 weeks.

@PhotoJane - That's refreshing to hear! No AF but I don't have any typical early symptoms either (aside from some nipple pain last weekend, hiccups, and minor cramping on one side). I'm constantly tired so doubt I'd notice that now anyways ;)

I would always get pretty bad whole boob pain while PMSing, but the month I got my BFP I actually had no symptoms other than implantation bleeding. I didn't start having boob pain until 6-7 weeks when the nausea came on. From what I've gathered, a lot of women don't really experience many symptoms until they are 5 or 6 weeks along.

Mine were generally really sore all over after o. I didn't notice a difference the cycle I got my BFP until after the pos test. I have heard the nipple thing a lot though.

I always hear people say their nipples hurt before their BFP. I always get sore on the sides of my boobs, so I'd probably think I was KU if my nipples were suddenly sore, haha

The last two cycles my nipples were really sore the first 4-5 days following ovulation, but not the rest of my boob. This month my nipples aren't sore at all, but the sides are really sore. Does anyone else have it varying from month to month which is sore? One time I read something about differ hormones controlling nipple vs boob soreness but I can't find it anywhere. Thanks for any input!
