That is a usual premenstrual symptom for me so I tried not to get excited but they were much more tender than usual and it didn't go away. My side boobs stayed sore for months into pregnancy but then it turned to just nipple pain in the 20s. I didn't start having boob pain until 6-7 weeks when the nausea came on. I didn't notice a difference the cycle I got my BFP until after the pos test. This month my nipples aren't sore at all, but the sides are really sore. Does anyone else have it varying from month to month which is sore? One time I read something about differ hormones controlling nipple vs boob soreness but I can't find it anywhere. Thanks for any input! </p>
