You can screw it on the Plum pouches and others as long as it has the same opening. Now that we have another LO I thought I would try it and I love it! It's so easy to use - screw it on and squeeze! Even my 3.5 y.o. loves to feed his little brother with it. It's a little messier when he does it but it's that easy. The spoon isn't too big for my 7-month-old. It'll definitely come in handy when we travel. I am going to buy tons and tons more Plum Organics at BRUs (they are having a sale right now) now that I know my LO is okay with the spoon. </p>
