@Sapphiresun: our Joe Fresh had proper winter boots starting at size 4! We also got some Stonz boots from a friend. I'm hoping K's feet grow a little before winter though- she's still a size 3!

We also loved Stonz for that age. The best feature is that they cannot be pulled off ;)
Paired with either the Linerz or something like Padraigs (which is what we used) they were pretty warm, even in an Edmonton winter!

@Sapphiresun: Size 4 was the smallest but they went fast.

We were able to get decent bad weather boots in size 5 at Carter's and Stride-Rite, and less functional but warm Uggs.

I made a post about this a few weeks ago! I think I'm going to look into the Stonz brand. They're not too expensive and they have tons of cute patterns but look warm and easy to get on!

@MamaPhoenix: I saw those at our superstore too, but they started at size 6 as far as I could tell. Maybe I'll have to go back and search better.

I have an almost 14 month old that's walking. We're about to enter into the rainy/snowy season here, but she's still in size 4-5 shoes, and it seems "real" rain and snow boots start at size 6.

What do you guys use for real boots in smaller sizes?
