@mrsjyw: oh nice! We're getting a target here in the spring so hopefully they'll have the same brand and I'll be able to actually check them out and compare!

@kml636: Thanks, I might have to look at the breast friend a little closer. From what I've read it doesn't sound like something that would work for me. But maybe I need to see it in person!

@Mrs. Yoyo: The Gia looks super cool! This might end up being something I don't register for and just use a gift card or something for the feeding pillow.

@mrsjyw: Do you like the cushion though? Do you think it differs much from another similar styled pillow?

@Mrsbells: I think I plan to use it for both feeding and sitting/belly time.

I heard good things about other brands, but it all depends on what you will use it for the most. I like the boppy brand for propping LO up when she couldnt sit up by herself. she was always really content reclining in the boppy

I've heard great things about My breast friend~

I have a boppy and more than the cushion itself, I like the cover for it from pbk -- so soft and plush~

I vastly preferred the Gia. It comes up higher and doesn't squish down as much, so I didn't have to hunch like I did with the boppy.

I think the boppy is just the most ubiquitous, but I actually preferred the "My Brest Friend", which I bought off of amazon.

I see a lot of talk about the Boppy on HB and I'm wondering if this is like Bandaid. The brand name is used for all generic brands? Or is the Boppy brand really what every one is talking about?

I'm looking to add things to my registry, I know I want a boppy but the "Boppy" isn't available at BRU where I am. Does a generic boppy knock off do the trick or is there something really special about the real "Boppy"?

Thanks for your advice ladies (and gents!)!
