I also feel like 90% of the positive reviews and comments I read about them were from bloggers who received the pumps for free - I don't think that means they didn't like them, but it is a lot easier to love something if you didn't pay for it ya know! Theoretically the milk shouldn't go in the system, but theoretically it should get into the tubing either, and that happened to me. I do t remember where but I read about people opening up their pumps and finding mold and stuff inside, yuck.
