She showed a section of the video. Then we talked about it, then we practiced with a dummy while being instructed, then we asked questions, then we did it by ourselves (without instruction) while she watched. The class is video based and is the same all around the county. Is is the most basic of the CPR classes provided by the Red Cross. For me, it was $20 and 1 hour. There was a nanny and a grandparent in the class (the rest were expecting parents).
