It was around $400, and I had it in my forehead (in the 11's between the eyebrows). The injection itself didn't hurt at all. It DID, however, give me panic attacks for about a week after having them. Apparently that's a side effect. I was in my early 20s so wrinkles weren't an issue. It was before FDA approved it for migraines so I had to pay full price, $550 and it wore off quickly so I had to pay that amount every 3 months. That plus the awful pain of the injections made me never want to get it for cosmetic reasons.
