I'm also way jealous of your fast eater, lol! Mine eats for literally 30-45 mins every 2.5 hours. Sigh. Such a lazy eater.

Oh yeah, I'd definitely up the flow then! Our LO nurses for aaaaaages, so we still use the slow flow, because medium flow gets her flustered and she spits it all out. Sounds like yours is a way more efficient eater, and probably isn't getting it fast enough! We also use the Playtex ventair like @blackbird: We use the wide bottles/nipples, and she tolerates them pretty well.

We use the medela and the playtex angled ventair. They sell the silicone nipples separately so I just change the slow ones out. The playtex ones are good for upright feeding

@blackbird: Yay, for fast bottle feedings! I hope I can find the Mam nipples at BRU!

What kind of bottle is she using?

Try the medium flows! Can't hurt. We moved E to them to them awhile ago (5 months now). Bottles go so fast now

I am starting to worry about my LO who hates bottles. DH and MIL have tried Mam, Dr. Brown's and Tommee Tippee but she won't drink anything. They tried heating the milk, different positions, different rooms...she just clamps her mouth shut. :-(

She is a very fast nurser and she eats on one side for 3-5 minutes every 2-3 hours. Maybe the level one flow nipples are too slow?

Do you have any tips?
