I was so worried about him starving at daycare. As it turns out, he took the bottle without a problem when he started. It hurt less to throw out the milk 2 oz at a time. </p> <p>Have they tried feeding her in different positions? This wasn't day care though, so I don't know if they'll be open to it. She started taking an oz (with a whole lot of fussing!) And then one day, after crying and crying, she sucked down 7 oz! And now she loves the bottle! That way they have an opportunity to keep offering, and waste can be minimized. The tried feeding her for over 20 mins two separate times and she refused. She finally took 1 oz of the 4 in her bottle. </p> <p>It's milk I pumped that morning and sent to daycare. If she continues to refuse the bottle, I don't want to waste a ton of milk. Should I have them not warm it? What's the best thing to do in this situation? </p>
