How old is your little boy? I noticed the skin on his boy bits seemed dry and a little bump on one spot so I started putting diaper rash cream on it and all over. The bumpy spot went away but diaper rash cream looks gross down there the next day! lol! So now I'm just trying his regular cream and things look better. Just wondering also if it's normal to moisturize boy bits? </p>
