Boy #1 is Matthew and Boy #2 is due in May. We like traditional classic names but we have a heck of a time deciding on one. I like Andrew and my husband likes Daniel. I'm not super sold on either honestly but those are probably our top contenders right now. I like Benjamin too. But this is how we were with baby #1, too. NOOOO, I can't come up with another boy name. My husband and I had a very hard time coming up with our first son's name. I think we are going to go with William this time. Its a family name. I never thought of Liam as a nick name from William. That is very interesting. I’m very excited, but the one thing I was dreading if it was another boy was thinking of another name DH and I agree on. DS1 is Benjamin, so we’re looking for classic, not too trendy, but not too “boring”. I’m not too concerned about popularity because I have a unique name and don’t want him to have to spell his name/correct peoples’ pronunciation his whole life. </p> <p>When we were naming DS1, DH’s other top pick was James, mine was William (nn Liam). We are both “meh” on each other’s choices...love James as a middle name though (or William) </p>
