I am definitely in the "boys are easy!!" camp... we had a boy's name as soon as we found out we were KU. I said to DH, "If we have a boy, I really want to name him Owen." DH loved it and that was the end of the conversation.</p> <p>Girl names, on the other hand - whew. We went through list after list and could never make a decision. From about 25 weeks, we had a list of 8 we kept tossing around, but in the end, we named DD something that was a total dark horse candidate. DH came up with it at about 37 weeks and it stuck. :heart: </p> <p>I *think* the issue for me is that there is so much more riding on a girl's name. I want something strong but feminine, something that is clearly a name but not super popular, something that will look good on a resume, something that will grow with her... Then #2 was also a boy (which I actually preferred!) and it was so hard to come up with another meaningful boy name.
