But it's always in the side or back. What am I doing wrong? I thought maybe the newborn size was too small so I went up to size one but it's still happening. I'm having to change his clothes 4-5 times a day! I don't think DD ever once peed out of a diaper and onto her clothes. Am I missing something??</p> <p>I'm using pampers swaddlers. </p>
