As for the breast pads, have you tried adhesive ones? I need to find the right bra to wear under nursing tops! I bought a bunch of the tops at h&amp;m. I usually only wear the nursing cami tanks but they don't work well under the tops. The only other nursing bra I have is horrible; I leak even with my breast pads. Thanks! </p>
