<description>&#60;p&#62;Drinking LOTS of fluids and resting is supposed to help with BH contractions (though it never really did for me!)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I got them pretty early on, too, but I never got nauseous with them.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm 22 weeks with twins and I've been having BH contractions... I get this queasy/nauseated feeling when they hit. Is that normal?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My midwife said that I should expect BH because I have twins and my uterus is stretching in all directions... but it's still uncomfortable!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is there anything you've done to ease them? Or do they just come around no matter what? (If you couldn't tell, I'm a FTM!)
