I've had them since about 17w with both my pregnancies. Was induced with DD and active labor only lasted 5hr but then I had an awesome epidural. Not sure what is going to happen this time.

I had tons of BH starting around week 18 (like, 7 or 8 every hour), and it continued all the way to the end. I had a very easy labor... but I also had an amazing epidural.

I don't think that was true for me. With my first I had zero BH's but then had a super fast and easy labor. My second, I started having BH's at 20 weeks but then I was induced...my contractions were a lot more intense thanks to pitocin but I didn't handle them well despite having tons of BH contractions per day for 20 weeks.

I had lots of BH. Had a pretty easy labor. 12 hours start to finish. No complications.

I wouldn't necessarily say they lead to an easier labor, but they can help with more efficient contractions.

My birthing class is always reminding us that braxton hicks are good and they are practice for your uterus. Did anyone have a bunch of braxton hicks and have an easier labor? I've had BH since 19 weeks and they are driving me crazy please let them be doing something good!
