<description>&#60;p&#62;@Mamaof2:  I did a clean eating workout routine a number of years ago and a few things stuck with me... One is plain oatmeal, although I've slipped a little ;) I would do plain instant oats from a massive container. Bring a ziplock bag with 1/2 cup measured and make them at work. I would add half a banana, blueberries, raisins, cinnamon... When I started getting bored, I went back to instant packets on occasion but now buy the low sugar kind since it tastes the same to me (it takes a bit to adjust your taste buds). But do whatever makes it taste good to you!

If I'm not going right to the office then I do Greek yogurt and an english muffin with peanut butter (usually spaced out). Wednesdays (aka hump day!) are bagel days. It gives me a &#34;cheat&#34;/splurge so I know ahead of time and aren't tempted all the time.
