Would she eat breakfast burritos with egg, cheese, and bacon or sausage? You could make a bunch in advance and just thaw one the morning of.

Or make those little egg muffin cups (like a quiche, but in a muffin tin). My LO likes those.

DD is a peanut butter nut so we will make waffle sandwiches with pb. She also loves bagels and cream cheese but that can get messier since she can't fit the whole bagel in her mouth so she eats half at a time. We also like portable less messy fruit like grapes, clementines, and bananas

Would a breakfast sandwich work? You can make it with bagels, english muffins, or croissants and put their favorites inside like eggs, bacon, cheese, etc. The cheese usually helps keep things together. Breakfast eggs cups are also nice and easy to make different flavors, plus they freeze well.

DD has really been into these recently. She likes them as is w/o syrup or anything so can totally be an on-the-go snack.

Ds has a smoothie every morning, he's had it in the car if we are on the go first thing.

Go to smoothie recipe:
Banana
3-4 strawberries
Greek yogurt
Splash of water
Half an avacodo

ETA: we have a Hamilton beach smoothie maker. Big enough to make one smoothie at a time and then goes right into the dishwasher. It was like $15. It takes about 1 minute to make the smoothie. Super quick, easy and very minimal clean up.

Hard boiled eggs and toast, English muffins and cream cheese (maybe too messy?), egg muffin cups, maybe a wrap with peanut butter wrapped around a banana?

I handed my son a toaster waffle this morning in the car and he drank some milk before we left the house. He drank water in his car seat. He's too young to handle it but if your's is older you could give your kid toast or mini bagels with peanut butter or cream cheese spread on it or Canadian bacon.

We used to give waffles/pancakes, milk, and cut up fruit on the way to daycare. Oh, and also those yogurt tubes.

I need meals to feed my kid in the car. More often than not she requests food to go in the morning. I think her belly just needs time to wake up. What can I feed her in the car that isn't too crumbly/messy? We do applesauce pouches but I would prefer more substance - oatmeal, eggs, etc in to go cups?
