I had a rocky time nursing DD and was so looking forward to using the knowledge I gained to have a blissful BF experience this time. DS was born on a Sunday and I was at a LLL meeting that Thursday (yep I took him to a meeting at 4 days old) in tears because it wasn't going well at all. It took 10 days for my milk to come in with DS but when it finally came in, I had oversupply. Nope! I just feel like I did something wrong...maybe I should have tried a VBAC, maybe I should skip pain meds, maybe I should have hoarded sleep, maybe I ate something, etc.</p> <p>My newborn slept 3ish hours last night and I did the same. I woke up engorged and she was still asleep so I decided to pump. I pumped for 30 minutes with my hospital grade rental while massaging and applying heat.....I pumped 0 ounces. :-( </p> <p>Ok, end of whine. I need to get my mind off bottle notches and nursing...time for some trashy TV! </p>
