I use honeysuckle brand bags, you can buy them on amazon. I like them best and have tried all brands mentioned above. They are thinner so waste less plastic. I freeze them flat and haven't had a leak yet.

I use simplisse. They only have the ounce markers up to six but I can easily freeze 12 oz. per bag. i love them, they have a double zipper and they're really sturdy.

i use medela. i always pump into bottles and then pour it in the bag because i can't get an accurate reading if i were to pump directly into the bag. my only wish is that they make their bags bigger than 5oz. however, i've been squeezing 6oz in them lately and it's just fine :).

I love the lansinoh bags & they work great for me for freezing the milk flat. I didn't like medela bags because the price, I had issues with leaks & I didn't like the stiffness.

@tequiero21: I use the horn from my breast pump as a funnel.

Also, I use Medela and Lansinoh. My only issue with Medela is that they only store 5oz. I like to store the smaller amounts in those (in case liv needs a top off from the nanny) so we dont have to defrost a whole 6oz bag. I usually store in 6oz increments bc she takes 6oz bottles during the day. I only use the frozen milk on Mondays though

i bought the honeysuckle bags - haven't used them yet though.

my question is, how do you get them from the bottle into the bags? do you just pour it from the pumped bottle into the bags?

i've only used medela and lansinoh. the medela was kind of convenient on the go because i pumped right into them. i never had any problems with the lansinoh bags though....

What kind of bags do you use for breast milk storage?

I have been using mostly Ameda, Medela & the Lansinoh bags. While it isn't necessary, I (and my parents and in-laws) love the spout on the Ameda bags but they are a bit pricey and I can't buy them at Target! The Medela bags are OK and I like the Lansinoh the least since a few of them have cracked in our deep freezer.
I picked up some Nuk bags tonight and they lay flat like the Lansinoh bags but seem much more durable!
