<description>&#60;p&#62;@HappyBaker:  I EPd and refed bm all the time....even after warming it once.  Up to 4-5 hours sometimes. Never had any issues! It wasn't previously frozen, just refrigerated.

&#60;p&#62;How long can a bottle of breast milk that was stored in the fridge be left out once its warmed out / out of the fridge? I know for formula you're supposed to throw it out within an hour or two, but the rules for breast milk are usually different.&#60;/p&#62;
