I have sharp pains in my breasts when I take off my bras the past few weeks. I would definitely mention it to your dr because of your history.

Definitely talk to your doctor about it, especially since you have a history, but I agree that it's probably nothing. My boobs have been sore since I got pregnant, and lately (now 22 weeks) I get some kind of sharp pains. I tell myself that it's just them getting ready to feed the baby and it means I won't have any trouble BFing (I know that is delusional wishful thinking but it helps!).

I have had those sharp pains & lumpiness for years. I had an U/S too, and nothing was found. It was much more frequent when I was pregnant! I totally feel you. I think it's hormonal.

My breasts hurt and were sore all 40 weeks.. both times I was pregnant!
I'm nursing and felt a painful little bump under my right armpit a few weeks ago. It went away on its own. Last week I felt a small bump on my left armpit. It went away after a few days too.
I think a lot of crazy stuff happens during and after pregnancy. I would definitely talk to your OB about it when you see him/her next.
Try not to stress and good luck!

I'm a little nervous... A year ago I had a lump in my left breast and it was kind of sore. (I'm 27) I had a mammogram and breast ultrasound but they did not find anything. I'm 11 weeks pregnant now , a year later almost exactly. The lump has kind of come and gone and I figured it was just dense tissue reacting to hormones. (I'm a 38DD and my breasts are quite dense.) but today my left neck/armpit have been a bit sore, and when I took off my bra for my shower I noticed more of a shooting-ish pain (more than the usual soreness) that came about when moving or when pressing in certain ways. Ugh- stress. My biggest fear is they missed something last year. But I'm starting to feel sick and I know breast pain is common in pregnany. They've been sore this whole time, just this feeling was a bit more pain like/sharp. I have a doctors appt for my 12w ultrasound in a week and will monitor and bring it up then, but just had to verbal diarrhea it on here. Maybe this is just normal for pregnancy? Hope so? Yours truly, busty and paranoid.
