You just want to watch for signs of infection or if you start not to feel well. Just a sore breast and the feeling that I wanted to pass out and vomit simultaneously as I tried to feed my daughter. My breasts are hot and I have shooting pains sometimes. I looked up mastitis and it seems to come with a red rash which I don't have. I checked LOs mouth and it doesn't look white so I don't think it is thrush. I am tired and achey but aren't all new moms?</p> <p>Thoughts? </p>
