My friend has it too and loved it while she was at home because she could clean/hold baby while pumping. </p> <p>The medela freestyle and medela pump in style are the most popular. They both have the same suction power, but the freestyle has a much stronger battery. I think it's perfect for both SAHM and WOHM (I work full-time). For all the reasons @mrsjyw: listed. I can get up and walk around, clip the pump to my waist, use it as a double or single, and it's easy to use.</p> <p>@tororojo: Not to complicate things, but I know I used Edgepark to receive my pump and the list of what my insurance covered on their website varied from what I was told over the phone (there were actually more options when I called). Highly recommend it! I actually have been using iy mostly as a single pumo but love the option to do both if needed. I wash the shield/membranes/bottles in hot water and soap. And the tubig every other... I sterilize 1-2x a wk. Really simple and since I mostly bf right now, it's not tjat often!
