I used Edgepark for both the Medela and the Spectra. They ran it through my insurance first for what that's worth.!

Thank you everyone! I can’t imagine they would send me something if the whole insurance thing didn’t work, I’m sure they will notify me so I’m going to try it!

I had a HDHP with both kids and used target and edgepark and had no issues. In my experience they won’t let you order something your insurance won’t cover and make it clear when you are choosing an “upgrade”.

I used Edgepark as well (Aetna HDP). I think I was only shown the pumps eligible under my plan.

@LabradorLover: Edgepark is considereda Durable medical supplier. You should call your insurance again and ask them to give you a list of covered suppliers. I ordered my second pump from Edgepark and had a great experience.

My insurance (BCBS) uses Edge Park and I had no problems with being billed, but that is where they sent me. Sorry I'm not more help, but Edge Park was amazing to work with.

Any ladies out there have CDPHP and order a breast pump before? I realize there are different plans and whatnot for CDPHP however I am looking for some help and input.

I asked my insurance and they said that I had to go through a durable medical equipment store to get mine. Having a hard time finding one in my area that carries pumps or a pump that I want. I found this website called Edgepark where you can pick whichever pump you want and they contact your insurance but I’m worried that I’ll get the pump and then get a bill later because it wasn’t a durable medical equipment store.

Any thoughts or input for me?? Thanks in advance!!
