I use the 27 on the right and 24 on the left! The way may right nipple angled made the 24 uncomfortable even though my nipples are about the same size. I was using 24mm flanges which was perfectly comfortable but I felt like the pump wasn't totally emptying my breast. Trying 27mm flanges today. What size are your breasts and what size flange do you use? </p>
