She's only 7 1/2 months old and is nursing a lot still, but I got my period yesterday! Man. It's back with a vengeance! </p> <p>Does AF affect breastmilk? Supply? I wanna continue to breast feed for at least another 6 months.. ideally another year. </p> <p>:( </p>
