I EBF and got my period at 7 and 10.5 weeks and my baby was waking every 2-3 hours to nurse. I was livid! Definitely noticed decrease in supply and length of time it took for my let down but that bounced right back right after AF ended. Then I didn't get it again until 6.5 months when Baby STTN one week. Then of course he stopped and I didn't get it again until 8.5 months when he STTN another week. Blah it sucks.

I notice my supply dips slightly. I don't make any diet changes and just wait it out. My daughter doesn't seem affected by it. I've never noticed a poo change

Ugh, I'm 10 weeks pp and af has shown up, I'm EBF and DS still nurses 3-4 times a night! I thought I'd have at least a few more months before af came for the first one!

Anyways, did you notice a difference when af showed up? Decreased supply? I feel
Much less full the last few days. DS has had more green poops in the past few days and I'm wondering if this could be due to af being here.

What were experiences breastfeeding while having your period?.
