I nurse to sleep. It works for us. When we have sitters, they give her a bottle and rock her to sleep (she's 8 mo). After J gets up from last nap, I nurse him. DH does bath time, massage, PJs while I pump. He gives him a bottle and then reads him a story and puts him down. Take turns with bath, he usually does diaper/pjs. Then he walks her around the room, saying goodnight to things, and I nurse her to sleep.<br /> We will be working on adding a book in, and will probably take turns or do that together. He gives her a bottle of expressed milk. We've been doing it that way since about week three. I was so overwhelmed at the time and my boobs were in so much pain that it was super helpful to get a break. Dh works nights one week and days the next so when he's home in the evening he will do lo's bath every second night and get her changed. But I do the bath/changing every second week and the nights that dh doesn't, plus I read her books, do cuddles, give her boob and put her down. Occasionally (like I can count on 1 hand) DH has gone to lay P down after I nurse her but even most those times I ultimately go in &amp; nurse her to calm down &amp; go to sleep. (we don't usually nurse "to sleep" though)</p> <p>ETA: DH does bath 100% of the time but she doesn't get a bath. I get her dope ready 99% of the time...
