I know the teacher no pee thing is so hard bits actually ridiculous. I lucked out to work in a team teaching classroom which was great when I was pregnant.

Hydration is one of the main breastfeeding supply aids, I think maybe even the most important one. So I’d see if you can mention it to a few colleagues and see if they can help you out for regular bathroom breaks, like a neighbouring classroom teacher who can straddle the rooms, a colleague who can stroll by at the beginning or end of their break, or an office admin. People might think it’s dumb, but it’s realjy important!

Ok so baby is 7 months and my whole time bf I have not had really a lot of supply. I started back and work when he was 5 months and since I was off I pumped continually to store milk for when I went back. Now my frozen supply is basically all gone what I pump one week goes for the following I have no extra and he is also getting some formula since some days I am not pumping enough at all. I have read online lots of ways to increase supply. I recently bought milkdrunk and was curious if anyone tried it. Also any other ideas?

I know I need to drink more water I am teacher and since we can’t have bathrooms breaks when we need them I tend to fail at drinking enough water the whole time I am at work.

I would like to breastfeed this guy as long as I can any ideas???
