I waffled on taking it for so long too, but nothing else really works for me. I usually take it at night after LO's gone to sleep, and take all my supplements. So ar no problem. And my girl doesn't get sleepy/drowsy from nothing! Claritin is child's play for my allergies! I just take 1 and make sure to take my prenatal vitamins and supplements like Mother's Milk Plus or Fenugreek (in hopes of counter-acting any drying effect).
