@Baby Boy Mom: thank you. I don't plan to nurse him again (he will be 4 when the baby is born).

@Mamaof2: thank you I will look into it. He's doing pretty well with the concept of a new baby. I'm sure it won't have much meaning until the baby is here.

@brownie: not really a breastfeeding book but I loved this book when I was preg with #2 - it talks about preg thru the birth and even has the mom breastfeeding the NB

My LO was younger but we read The New Baby. Actually, I didn't read the words because they make no sense, but we looked at the pictures and talked about how big brother can eat sandwiches etc etc but baby can only have mommy's milk. It helped to explain that baby doesn't have teeth, know how to chew etc. That said, I did end up tandem nursing for a while so..,

I would love some suggestions for kids books about breastfeeding. My son is 3 and obsessed with my breasts. Even though we weaned at 2. I am trying to get him to understand that when the new baby comes she will get them. I think a book may help him understand a bit more (since Daniel tiger glossed over that part).

We visited a friend with a 6 month old and he pretty much ignored the baby. I did point out one time that the baby was breastfeeding. And now he asks about the milk in my breasts. But he also asked about having it.
