I will say that it was harder to read than pre-baby because of the uncertainty of when my cycles would return (I kept questioning my readings), but it was certainly workable. I haven't noticed any issues with the mini-pill. DD3 will be not quite 13 months younger than DD2. It's worth it to me even if I only keep it a year since it's fully covered by insurance, nothing to remember each day, and doesn't mess with my supply. It was an extra plus that insertion was painless, and took 30 seconds. I'm glad, too, because my period just came back last week at 15.5 months PP, eight weeks after we weaned.
