I read somewhere that you shouldn't while breastfeeding in order to allow for better milk production, but I don't know if that is true. I miss my snoogle but that isn't safe in the bed with the baby (we co-sleep with my 1 year old). I just now can spend some time sleeping on my stomach. Much like the PP only if I have nursed or pumped recently. I haven't had any issues with clogged ducts.
